  • An item I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?

    Our limited edition items are not restocked in the same style once the final stock runs out. We often release items in a similar style. You can sign up for restock notifications for specific items going into product pages. Also, keep an eye out on social media for updates and feel free to sign up...
  • Can I post about Her Pony products on social media?

    Yes. You can tag us or share your looks in Instagram DM to be featured in our stories.
  • Do you guys do custom product?

    Unfortunately, we don’t do any custom product request right now.
  • How do I buy a gift card?

    Please navigate to our Gift Card page to buy a gift card.
  • How do I know what size to choose?

    If there are a few changes in size based on individual products, we always add it under the product description. You can refer to our main Size Guide to make sure you choose the right size. All sizes in the website are in AU format.
  • How often do you restock items?

    Our limited edition items are not restocked in the same style once we ran out of our final stock. Other stuff we are continuously working on & are often back in stock within a month's time. Sign Up for restock alert going into products pages to get notified immediately on restock.
  • I have received a faulty/incorrect item! What to do?

    Please contact us right away at contact@herpoy.com.au with proof of incorrect/faulty item (photos) attached in the email. Check our Return Policy & How to Return to understand how we deal with returns & refund.
  • I saw an item on the site/socials and I'm obsessed, how can I find it?

    You can search if you have the name of the item. Our website menu is also very detailed. Alternatively, explore our Instagram stories & products tags which directly links the products pages. In the website, you can find all Instagram tagged products in Shop IG page.
