• Do you refund original shipping cost?

• How long will it take to process my refund?

  You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred. • How will I receive my refund?

  You will receive your refund to the original payments option you used while ordering. While requesting a return there is an option to choose if you want refund in store credit or not.

• Refunded amount is less than what I paid for my original order?

• Where is my store credit?

  Log in to your Her Pony account to see your store credits. If you were offered a gift card - you can use it while checkout.
