Order is most commonly cancelled due to fraud alerts - if our system alerts your order as fraudulent we will try to do an additional verification with an email, if that is not successful we will cancel the order. Please make sure billing address stated on the order match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct before ordering. Once an order is cancelled & refund is processed - it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred.
