I received an email/text from the courier saying my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it…

Check your tracking to see if you missed the delivery then you can find your order in the nearest post office. If that’s not the case try asking your neighbours or housemates to check if anyone else has possibly picked up the parcel, as that's most likely what's happened lovely. If you still can’t locate your item please send us an email with your order number using our Contact Us page, we will investigate it further.
